Details

1. Performance and Use

The flat gasket end face seal ring is a seal ring used for the hydraulic test of the two end faces of the pressure test steel pipe as the sealing surface. It is mainly used for the hydrostatic test of seamless pipes with large diameter and various welded steel pipes. Pay attention to maintain the balance of oil and water pressure during pressure test, maintain uniform speed and strength during the pressurization process, and follow the oil pressure during pressure relief to prevent the seal ring from being caused by the steel pipe due to the sudden change in pressure acting on the end surface of the seal ring. Inserted and damaged.

Compliant with API 5CT/ISO11960:2011, GB/T9711.1-2011, GB/T9711.2-2011 and other oil and gas industries-oil and gas well casing or tubing steel pipes; GB8163-2008 seamless steel pipes; GB/T3092-2008 Welded steel pipes and other standard hydraulic test conditions.

Working pressure: ≤30 MPa

Working temperature: 0℃～+80℃

Working medium: water, emulsion, hydraulic oil
