On April 22, 2017, the Domestic Shield Machine Main Drive Seal Production and Application Expert Review Meeting was held at Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd. The review meeting was jointly organized by China Communications First Navigation Bureau and Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd. Experts and leaders attending the meeting included Yun Jun, Chief Engineer of Beijing Urban Construction Group, Guan Long, Chief Engineer of Beijing Municipal Group Fourth Company, Zheng Zai Di, General Manager of Beijing Municipal Group Fourth Company, Ren Jun, General Manager of China Communications Tunnel Engineering Bureau, Qin Le, Head of Equipment Department of China Communications Tunnel Engineering Bureau, Liu Yuhui, General Manager of China Communications First Navigation Bureau Urban Transportation Company, Yang Xia, Head of Equipment Department, Zhang Min, General Manager of Beijing Yiyuan Shield Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Wen Yansheng, Deputy General Manager, Xue Zhengrong and Han Bo from China Communications Tianhe Group, and Yu Wei, Director of Beijing Zhengyuan Supervisory Company.

The review meeting mainly evaluated the production technology, product quality, and actual application of the main drive seal for shield machines developed and produced by Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd.

The meeting first listened to a report by Li Lizhen, Chief Engineer of the Technology Department of Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd., introducing the company and the technical research and development process, production process, key quality control, and actual application cases of the main drive seal for shield machines. Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1992, and from the beginning, the company has been engaged in the research and development and manufacturing of sealing components for large imported equipment from abroad. It has successfully localized high-pressure sealing components for hydraulic presses from Japan, Germany, and the United States, with performance reaching or even exceeding the advanced level of imported products. These components have been widely used in large imported equipment in industries such as Baosteel, Tiangong TPCO, China National Petroleum Corporation, and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. Based on the accumulation of a large amount of technology and production experience, in 2011, Beijing Jianke Company began to develop and produce the main drive seal for shield machines. Through the company's unremitting efforts, excellent material formulas and unique manufacturing molds were developed, and the technical indicators of the produced main drive seals for shield machines have reached or exceeded the requirements of similar imported products. Currently, this product has been applied to equipment such as the Zhongmei Sanjian Komatsu 6250 shield machine, China Construction Transportation Shikawa Island 6140 shield machine, and China Railway Twelfth Bureau Komatsu 6250 shield machine, with good usage results.

After listening to the report, the experts carefully reviewed and evaluated the material selection, production technology, quality control, and actual application of the main drive seal for shield machines produced by the company, fully affirming the achievements made by the company in the research and development, production, and application of the main drive seal for shield machines. At the same time, they also provided positive opinions and suggestions on how the company can carry out technical cooperation with shield machine equipment manufacturers and product matching, further expand the market, and quickly realize the localization of the product.

The attending experts and leaders also visited and inspected the polymer materials laboratory, raw materials, prepolymer and product physical performance testing room, constant temperature room for post-curing treatment of products, and production workshop of Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd. Xu Jin, General Manager of Beijing Jianke Huifeng Technology Co., Ltd., and relevant technical personnel from the technology department, marketing department, and testing room attended the meeting.
