P-type end face sealing element

The flat end face sealing ring is a sealing ring that uses the end faces of pressure-tested steel pipes as sealing surfaces for hydrostatic testing. It is mainly used for hydrostatic testing of large diameter seamless pipes and various welded steel pipes.

Type P of plain washer end-face sealing

Performance and Purpose:

It makes use of the end-face of steel pipe as sealing face to test defect and bearing strength of steel pipe. It is mainly used in the hydraulic testing of large diameter seamless pipe and a variety of welded steel pipes. When testing, pay attention to the balance of oil and water pressure, and keep a uniform speed and strength during pressing. When release water pressure，it is important to prevent from the sealing ring being inserted to damage by a sudden change of the pressure on the sealing end-face.

平垫端面密封圈是以试压钢管两端面作为密封面进行水压试验的密封圈，主要用于直径较大的无缝管及各种焊接钢管的静水压试验。试压时应注意保持油、水压力平衡，加压过程保持均匀的速度和力度，泄压时油压的随动性要好，防止作用在密封圈端面的压力突然变化而引起的密封圈被钢管插入而损坏。

Working conditions:

According with several standards about hydraulic testing requirements: such as API 5CT/ISO11960:2011, GB/T9711.1-2011, GB/T9711.2-2011, etc. for Petroleum and natural gas industries—Steel pipes for casing or tubing; GB8163 - 2008 for seamless steel tubes; GB/T3092-2008 for welded steel pipes.

符合API 5CT/ISO11960:2011、GB/T9711.1-2011、GB/T9711.2-2011等石油天然气工业——油气井套管或油管用钢管；GB8163-2008无缝钢管；GB/T3092-2008焊接钢管等标准水压试验条件。
