Performance and Purpose
The device is taking advantage of polyurethane elastomer of high elasticity, high strength characteristics to design the internal expansion and support device for the pipe threading machine. When used just can pull conical extrusion ring, the expansion ring engenders uniform radial deformation by the action of conical extrusion ring, which makes the expansion ring enclose the hole of steel pipe firmly in order to fixed steel pipe and centering. The device has type Ⅰ and Ⅱ, applied with our product of Type Z expansion ring for pipe-threading machine.
该装置是利用聚氨酯弹性体高弹性、高强度的特点来设计车丝机用内支撑胀紧装置。使用时只需拉动锥形挤压环，车丝胀圈在锥形挤压环的作用下产生均匀的径向变形，使之胀紧钢管内壁从而达到定心和胀紧钢管的目的。该装置分为Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型两种，与我公司生产的Z型车丝胀圈配套使用。

材料高强度、高耐磨、耐撕裂
When the steel pipe is not fixed, there is a certain gap between the expansion ring and the steel pipe. It is easy for installation and dismantling. when the steel pipe is fixed, the expansion ring expands tightly with the inner wall of the steel pipe by the extrusion pressure of the expansion ring.
钢管在未固定时，与胀圈有一定间隙，方便钢管拆装；钢管固定时，设备挤压胀圈胀大与钢管内壁贴紧，通过胀圈挤压力固定钢管。
