C-type ultra-high pressure gap sealing element

1. Performance and Use

The C-type ultra-high pressure and ultra-large gap sealing element is a sealing element composed of a sealing ring, a fan-shaped supporting block and a supporting angle. It is mainly used for the pressure test of steel pipes by hydraulic testing machine. The C-type sealing element has a larger sealing gap than the D-type (see the previous sample of the company for details), and the steel pipe specifications of the same type of seal ring can be applied to a wider range. This product is suitable for hydraulic testing of steel pipes such as casing, tubing, and natural gas transportation by hydraulic testing machines. It can also be used for leak detection of steel pipes, pipe joints, welded joints, and ultra-high pressure valve sealing.

2. Working conditions

Compliant with API 5CT/ISO11960:2011, GB/T9711.1-2011, GB/T9711.2-2011 and other oil and gas industries-oil and gas well casing or tubing steel pipes; GB8163-2008 seamless steel pipes; GB/T3092-2008 Welded steel pipes and other standard hydraulic test conditions.

Working pressure: ≤120 MPa

Working temperature: -20℃～+80℃

Working medium: water, emulsion, hydraulic oil
