Right angle slip ring combination seal JK1—ⅡA
1. Overview
The right-angle slip ring combination seal JK1-ⅡA is composed of a right-angle slip ring filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite material and an O-shaped (GB/T3452.1-2005) rubber ring. It is suitable for high and low speed reciprocating motion and one-way piston (hole) sealing of high-pressure hydraulic system. It is used together with guide ring and support ring. For specifications with a cylinder diameter of less than φ100, open grooves are used as much as possible.
2. Working conditions
Working pressure: 0～60MPa
Operating temperature: -55～+250℃ (depending on O-ring material)
Reciprocating speed: ≤6m/s
Applicable medium: air, water, water-glycol, mineral oil, acid, alkali, etc.
