Foot-shaped slip ring combination seal JK2—Ⅰ
I. Overview
Foot-shaped slip ring combination seal JK2-I is composed of a foot-shaped slip ring filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composite material and an O-shaped rubber ring (non-standard). It is used for the sealing or static sealing of hydraulic and pneumatic ultra-high pressure reciprocating unidirectional piston rods (shafts), generally using open grooves.
2. Working conditions
Working pressure: 0～200MPa
Operating temperature: -55～+250℃ (depending on O-ring material)
Reciprocating speed: ≤6m/s
Applicable medium: air, water, water-glycol, mineral oil, acid, alkali, mud, etc.
